I popped out to check out at two o’clock. When I landed near nine o’clock, I didn’t receive any reply. I took the initiative to contact you and sent a WeChat message. There was no further information... I asked the two ladies at the front desk to help me look for it, and then I found it. First, I checked into the hotel as a guest. Of course it was my fault and I didn't manage my belongings well. So should I take the initiative to contact you and tell you the specific location and ask you to help me find it? Give me a reply whether you found it or not. Obviously, I didn’t receive the result. Second, from the time I checked out at 2 o'clock to 9 o'clock, it was less than eight hours. During this period, why didn't I receive any results? Found or not found? What were you doing in the meantime? Do you have a customer's needs in mind? Third, because I did not receive any notification during this period, I took the initiative to contact your hotel via WeChat. In exchange for asking, there was no response. Because of the special meaning of the ring, I contacted another person at the front desk. A young lady told her the specific location and explained that it didn't matter how much it cost but it was important. She found it within a minute of going upstairs... During this period, I didn't have any unpleasant tone or disrespectful attitude. You're welcome, but I didn't receive any messages. Really, quite speechless...

I used to make reservations through the mini program. It took me a long time after the gold card expired to realize that the card I bought with money also has a time limit. This time I found that Ctrip booking was cheaper than the mini program, so I chose Ctrip. I have stayed here many times and this time I didn’t like it. Ideal, the windows in the room are not sealed well, resulting in poor sound insulation. In addition, the bathroom shower room is not thoroughly sanitized. There is a layer of dust on the holder next to the toilet, and there is also debris from the wall covering on the shower. I may consider replacing it in the future. The family stayed.

酒店的周邊環境不錯的；房間的設施配置較全；免費的地下停車場和洗衣房不錯的。酒店的早餐挺好的；酒店前台的服務熱情，尤其是那位戴眼鏡的男士服務意識強！不過有兩點建議改進：一是進入一樓大堂增加無障礙通道，方便帶行李箱的客人；二是房間的電視機增加電視投屏功能。

房間很好，設施不錯，電動的窗簾還有藍牙音箱，挺不錯的，前台客房的服務很好，要了一個刮鬍刀很快就送上來了，停車挺方便的，應該是來的早，就停在酒店門口了，早餐很棒，餛飩是自己包的，不是那種外邊買的半成品，點贊！！！

很不錯的酒店，性價比高，前台小姐姐給免費升級了房型，服務超級棒，房間乾淨衞生，還有單獨的香薰，有辦公桌，這讓出差的我很方便，停車也挺方便的，早餐也不錯，點贊點贊

房間很大，很乾凈，很明亮，孩子很喜歡，設施很全，早餐也不錯，出門就是步行街，出門逛街很方便，前台小美女也給推薦了好吃的炒雞，味道不錯，服務點贊👍！
