這個酒店以前應該是很**的，一線江景，因為看到位置才訂的。但是酒店太老化了，沒有維護更新好，一樓大堂那麼大，沒開空調。房間空調製冷不行，暑熱難消，後來換了個房間才好點。牆紙脱落，衞生間的燈有問題，開門就亮，關門就黑，開關失控，微光閃爍了一晚上。而且這麼大的酒店居然沒洗衣房，天氣太熱，天天換衣服，一天不洗都臭死了。可惜這個地段了。

天哪，太差了，前台服務態度差，並且標間裏面的水還是一大一小的，為什麼呢？？要兩瓶一樣的水還説的沒有🈶不給，甩臉色，從來沒有見過這樣的，真的差，這個酒店，衞生也一般

之前住過還可以，現在大不如以前，服務人員服務差，大熱天，空調製冷就跟風扇樣，不建議入住，辦理退房，前台連人都沒有，一個聯繫方式沒有，到處找不到人。空調設施極差，真心不建議入住！！！

枕頭全部起球，空調不製冷，地毯有點臟，可能擦不乾淨。早上被施工單位吵醒。我是出差路過入住，不是旅遊，這個價格跟環境不匹配，不值

打電話很難聯繫到酒店前台，早上外面施工六點被吵醒，打了很多電話，最後通過攜程客服聯繫到的，跟前台説早上六點就被吵醒，酒店前台説訂這種房間就是這樣子的，所有都是這樣，沒有合理解決方案，還説給我們打折，主要是影響了我們一天的行程與休息時間。
