STARWAY Hotels in Yining

I was traveling with my parents. Everything was good at the beginning. The room was new and large, the breakfast was delicious, the family room included two breakfasts, and the Huazhu Club Gold Card gave another breakfast. The security guard helped to arrange a spacious parking space for us, until problems arose after check-out. I had promised the front desk that I would give a 5-star review, after all, I was quite satisfied when I checked in, and I said at that time that I would write a review when I had time. Then they asked me twice on WeChat on the same day. I had been driving that day and had told the store about it, but they didn't ask me again on WeChat. When I arrived in Urumqi in the evening and was about to have dinner, the call came at around 9:00 p.m. (I checked out at around 11:00 a.m.). I thought they wanted a good review again, but it turned out to be asking me how many pillows were in the room when I checked in. When I replied that there was no shortage of pillows, the store's reply was ”that's okay, forget it.” What do you mean by this? Do you think we took your pillow? Or am I deliberately trying to disgust you by not giving you a good review in time? Friendly reminder: Please be sure to record videos when entering and checking out of the room to avoid delays during your trip.

Very nice, the room is big and clean, and very close to places to eat and drink. Guess!

The hotel is in a great location and has a good breakfast. I will come back next time. Friends who like it can try it. I will choose here again next time I come to Yining.
