Choose this hotel because of its Yining characteristics, beautiful environment, and 5 star level. After check-in, the experience is poor, the front desk service is general, ask how to rent a bicycle to play near the hotel, several staff are right, I have to look around. The result was not found. Fortunately, I met a Miss Chang in front of the stage. She personally led us to walk for about 10 minutes, and also taught us how to use shared bicycles. Her sincere service attitude is commendable! In addition, this hotel was very poor early, the staff was indifferent, there was no one to clean up the garbage on the floor in the restaurant, and the fried eggs were placed on the plate early in the morning, cold. Xinjiang watermelon should be fresh and delicious, but the store sells very poorly, affecting the appetite. It's in a good location and has modern amenities, however we had to leave early because the hotel has absolutely no sound insulation. We could very clearly hear everything being done in neighboring rooms (running water, brushing teeth), in the hallway, and outside on the street. At the least though they were kind enough to refund the remaining nights and deposit without a fuss.

Looking down from the plane, I fell in love with this small frontier town at first glance, with its blue sky and white clouds and the winding Ili River! When you arrive in Shunwen, you feel at home. The ladies at the front desk are very welcoming. The clean room smells like sunshine and the decoration is simple and elegant, which makes you feel very comfortable. Modern and very clean inside. Nice and big spacious room with comfortable beds. No hairdryer in bathroom Breakfast was basic Staff initially rejected us from the hotel even though they accept foreigners. After reaching about to ctrip and 2 hours later. CTrip confirmed they will be accepting us. Staff had no idea how to deal with foreign passport even though it was an international hotel.
