設施：房間充分利用 設施齊全 電腦配置也很好 就是突然死機了一次 別的使用都很流暢
衞生：衞生乾淨 打掃的很用心
環境：門口有酒店自己的停車場 保安大叔認真負責

昨天晚上到伊寧一看裏火車站比較近所以選擇了這家酒店、一直住的是如家旗下的的酒店 、一進大廳感覺環境還不錯、前台工作人員服務態度很好、一個比一個好看、進房間以後也是房間環境蠻好的、挺乾淨的、讓人感覺特別舒服、晚上出去過兩個紅燈就有個商場、還有好多新疆特色飯店、周圍挺方便的

入住的時候，枕頭臟的，給前台反應，沒有人搭理更換。因工作原因，當晚沒回酒店，把房卡提前放在前台並交代第二天早上回來，結果凌晨7:30，酒店擅自退房，早上回到酒店被告知酒店已經自行退房且沒有通知本人，更何況還有私人物品放在酒店內，上去拿身份證的時候房門一直打開的，跟酒店溝通，不論前台還是酒店經理態度極為惡劣消極，攜程與其溝通也是態度消極，經理直接説了，他們是新開的酒店，就是經驗不足。提前退房沒有給任何説法。所以，旅遊也好，出差也罷，酒店有很多，這家酒店還是慎選吧！

住的717的房間有浴缸沒浴缸套可以理解可能老闆覺着自己家衞生單位房間裏衹有兩瓶水讓再送兩瓶送了之後説再要收費
事情如下
打電話問前台小姑娘要個浴缸套和兩瓶水
過了一會打擾阿姨過來敲門説我們店裡沒有那個服務，問什麼服務，説浴缸套沒有，就直接要走，又問那水呢，阿姨回答我們衹有大桶的水，白話了好一會，忍不住了問，那我們房間水喝完了呢，阿姨説小瓶水是吧我給你拿，又過了一會送了3瓶過來，説你們再要水就收費
我理解酒店定位不高，但是同價位亞朵我們住了兩天不講各種入住細節，水人家前台走的時候給我們拿了好多，並不是在意這點水，就是態度很令人生氣，我是來住店的不是來受氣的，我也問了前台姑娘這麼晚了能送過來了不能可以明天，但是那個阿姨很明顯態度非常差，要不然我也不會這麼大晚上還寫這麼多，本來就是外地來旅遊其他酒店都沒房了才定的，結果對酒店非常失望，對新疆伊犁非常失望

孩子上下床🛏，加一個大床，很不錯。浴缸🛁也很棒。美中不足就是馬桶在門後，有點擁擠。胖點坐進去不舒服。退房的時候，領班有點不耐煩，多説一句話都不願意。追着問她，才會回答。其他前台都很好。

之前臨時訂經濟雙床房還不錯，這次訂這個大床房，不大好，比如WiFi是壞的，電視機也有問題，電視機的問題保安上來修，但是沒處理好，就算了。反映了前台也不處理WiFi，衹答“讓我去一樓他們幫我連他們酒店自己的WiFi，問題是我住樓上，就算我去樓下連上了，我到了樓上18樓我咋用呢，最後我乾脆就看這附近有哪個房間WiFi我能連上就連，不過信號不是那麼好。還要拿以前的顧客都沒反映這個問題來堵我😰”。但是這個衞生條件在那邊，這個價格我還是很滿意的。起碼肉眼看上去乾淨整潔明亮。

當是訂的比較晚，房間設施不錯，但是床單沒有換，上面還有毛髮，衞生間廁紙也沒有新的，當時太晚了所以沒有找前台，第二天要趕路，所以就這樣湊合一晚
