設施： 好多都是壞的房間好多燈都亮不了 訂了兩間房，有一個房間的浴缸是懷裡的，另外一個房間的淋浴噴頭上都是水垢，還漏水，然後地板上都是裂痕，洗澡的時候一開始沒看到那個碎掉了，後面光腳被劃了
衞生：淋浴噴頭水垢嚴重。 椅子和枱燈上都是灰，用酒精濕巾擦了好幾遍。
服務：前台服務很差 不尊重人

半夜凌晨到房間準備休息了一看床品上面都是毛髮，給前台打了電話之後上來一保安，保安看了之後説下去跟前台溝通給換間房，結果前台打電話説沒房間了，給我們換床品我們也同意了，又讓那個保安拿着床品帶着情緒到房間了，結果保安説他換床品要一兩個小時，又下去前台最後説有一個三人間給我們調換一下，太晚了也不想折騰他們換成了三人間。最懵逼的是在跟前台溝通的過程中，我們的房間門是打開的，進來一個應該是酒店的負責人吧，在沒搞清楚狀況的情況下直接進來讓我們笑的小聲一點，不要影響別人，我們兩個男人開了一天車凌晨到酒店還遇到這樣的事情，話都不想多説一句還有心情大聲的笑？最後搞清楚了是對門在大聲笑，不好意思也沒一句。
