We booked two rooms, but when we arrived around 5pm, the rooms were not ready and we needed to improve the service quality. He said it would take time to clean up, but he didn't say it would be done right away. Since they didn't do it well, they changed the standard room into a double bed room for us, but I don't agree. I was given a room with a key that almost no one wanted to live in, and the bathroom leaked. The bathroom of another double room also leaked yellow water, but it was replaced by another one close to the road. The overall feeling is that the service attitude at the front desk is not enthusiastic enough, and it is even worse than the Pai Hotel where I stayed before.
