退房後説是有個毛巾污染，要扣十元，我也不糾結這個是怎麼來的，想扣就扣吧，那個按金四五天了不退，催了一次又一次

正規的大酒店，早餐的敷衍程度讓人驚歎，就一個粥和鹹菜，幾個破花捲，雞蛋都沒，最後帶孩子出去吃麪了。幾座之間沒有接駁，除了辦入住那座有前台，其他沒有！身處機場到候機樓也有近一公里，也沒有接駁，這就不科學了，這服務理念真的堪憂，住這裏不就是圖機場乘機便利？拖着大箱小箱走一公里，或者我需要再打車還有什麼必要住這裏呢？好歹在機場內的酒店！問前台一問三不知，真的大無語！

酒店離機場很近，步行就可以走到。房間分佈在不同的樓棟裏。早餐價格合理，有奶茶但是沒有牛奶。旅遊季，價格偏高。
