There are two Ji hotel in the city, and this one can accept foreigners. The location is really close to airport, that you can hear when the plane taking off or landing. Many construction around the hotel. Breakfast was ok.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in all seasons! There was a puddle of water in the hotel elevator hall on the first floor, and there was still water when I left the hotel the next day!
There was a musty smell when entering the room, and there were hairs on the table!
After we checked in at around 9pm and left to have dinner, the hotel had a power outage. When we returned to the hotel at nearly 11pm, it had not been restored, and there was no power in the elevator. The power was not turned on until around 11:15! You can imagine a hotel going without power for nearly 2 hours at night! There are only 4 front desk staff, engineering staff and security guards handling it!
The hotel is right under the airport channel, and it is very noisy when the plane lands!
The air conditioning is not cool enough and you can't feel the coolness at all! I also stayed at other All Seasons hotels in Xinjiang for the first two nights. I can clearly feel that the bedding in this hotel is rougher than the previous two. I didn't fall asleep until after 2 o'clock after struggling!
The location, facilities and management of this hotel are far different from other All Seasons or even a normal hotel!

The check-in time was confirmed with me one day in advance. I arrived in Yining early, so I borrowed the changing room on the first floor of the hotel to change clothes and store my luggage. The room was large and clean, and the breakfast was rich. Before checking in, I saw that all the check-outs had souvenirs, but I don't know why there were none when I checked out. I was in a hurry at the time and didn't ask the front desk. I will stay here again next time.
