重沒住過這麼差的賓館，沒熱水，從晚上到早上沒熱水！設備非常舊，插座衹有2個（包括衞生間的）服務員沒有服務意識！告知她沒熱水，一點欠意都沒有。

多次入住了。這次房間不錯，很安靜，電視空調都是比較新的。服務也不錯。老牌國營酒店，性價比高。辦理入住我對工作人員説我89年住過時，女孩有些震驚了。唯一不足酒店市中心區域，停車位有限，如果能預訂停車位置，對自駕遊就更方便了。

地段挺好，但太老了，國營酒店裝修風格，尤其是b座，太老舊了，主樓的房間翻新裝修過，尚可，前台服務人員態度不錯，很耐心幫忙調換房間。

訂到的是特價房，性價比還好。設施陳舊，但乾淨整潔。位置鬧中取靜。衞生間儘管不大，但做到了乾濕分離，空間設定的比較合理。

昨天在伊犁友誼賓館住了一晚，對工作人員的熱情服務以及地理位置的方便，還有早餐的喜歡，我們今天又續住一晚。

缺點：
1、設施老舊，房間裏無冰箱
2、服務和衞生都很一般，酒店整個兒一副國營老派的作風。辦好入住已經是夜裡十二點多，很累倒頭就睡了，第二天一早出發去賽湖，九點多回酒店，發現一個枕套是臟的，有明顯的污漬和大腳印，也就是説昨晚是枕着它睡了一晚上！於是打電話讓更換，才發現房間電話也是壞的……衹好從攜程裏找到前台電話用手機撥過去，説一會兒來換，等了一個小時也沒來，我們下樓出去覓食，再次提醒前台，前台居然説住了一晚更換要收費？！後來客房服務員又説可以換……
3、其它衞生也是收拾得馬馬虎虎，略過不提
4、早餐比較一般，我定的不含早，去吃了一次，幾乎沒什麼可吃的， 很便宜15/人，後幾天果斷選擇在酒店附近吃，步行幾百米，新疆特色的薄皮包子、烤包子、麪肺子、包爾薩克、奶茶應有盡有，比酒店早餐強多了
優點：
1、酒店位置不錯，老國營感覺也安全，去六星街腿着去也不遠，附近吃飯方便，有個24h便利店，補給方便，去市區哪兒遊玩打車都很近，十幾塊
2、房價便宜，旅遊旺季也不貴

老實説，下次來仍會選擇友誼賓館。一是位置號，去周圍方便。二是這種老店住着踏實，服務人員態度好。三是有自己的停車場，雖然不大，但停着放心。四是性價比高，給我升級了客房。五是自助早餐雖然簡單，但也有七八種菜，吃飽（個人認為吃的挺好）沒問題。

停車在院子裏，感覺挺安全，保安師傅熱情，不過院子不大，停不了多少車。衞生不大，但做到了乾濕分離還不錯。洗澡間下水道堵了，還好及時進行了清理。

The hotel consists of two buildings and has more than 150 guestrooms and suites, which are equipped with IDD telephone and TV. Hot water is supplied 24 hours and there are seven restaurants within the hotel, serving Chinese and Moslem food.
Inside the hotel, there are five meeting rooms, a business center, disco and bar. The hotel also provide postal and ticket reservation services.
This is one of the cheapest and most pleasant hotels in the city with a friendly staff.
