It’s a nice hotel. Lovely and comfortable big room. Very comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Great breakfast with lots of variety. The negatives involve the air conditioning which didn’t work and the internet was poor. It may have been our room rather than an overall hotel issue.

這個差評真得是來新疆全程最差的一個酒店，還不如草原一個蒙古包。先從入住説起，門口秩序混亂，跟保安説我需要停車，然後一直處理旅遊團的事情，不管不顧散客的車輛，那我就不信10年後你也不接待散客？然後進大廳辦理入住秩序混亂，幾個工作人員，衹有一個人辦理入住，還跟我説沒看到排隊嗎？我真的服了，你們幾個人坐在電腦面前，前面是一家人在辦理入住，我看旁邊有空位，我怎麼知道你不辦理入住？就不能好好説話？第二天早上去吃早餐，早餐券上原本印製的是夏季8:00-10:00，然後他們用筆改成8:00-13:00，我10:40下去吃早餐告訴我早餐結束了，我説你們寫的不是8-10點吧，然後跟我解釋説改成8:00-10:30。我真的要無語了，你明明把10點改成13還要跟我狡辯説是10:30，也沒有一點抱歉的意思，那就這樣吧，差評毫無質疑了。其次酒店設備老舊，周圍環境也不行。門口有個吃包子的早餐還可以。也不用跟我聯繫刪除啥的，鐵定的事實。
