Modern and very clean inside. Nice and big spacious room with comfortable beds.
No hairdryer in bathroom
Breakfast was basic
Staff initially rejected us from the hotel even though they accept foreigners. After reaching about to ctrip and 2 hours later. CTrip confirmed they will be accepting us. Staff had no idea how to deal with foreign passport even though it was an international hotel.

This bad review is really the worst hotel in Xinjiang, worse than a yurt in the grassland. Let’s start with the check-in. The order at the door was chaotic. I told the security guard that I needed to park my car, and then I kept dealing with the tour group. I didn’t care about the vehicles of individual tourists. Then I don’t believe that you won’t accept individual tourists in 10 years? Then the order in the lobby for check-in was chaotic. There were several staff members, but only one person checked in. Did he tell me that he didn't see the queue? I'm really convinced. You guys are sitting in front of the computer. There is a family in front of you checking in. I see there is an empty seat next to you. How do I know you don't want to check in? Can't you talk properly? I went to have breakfast the next morning. The breakfast coupon originally printed 8:00-10:00 in summer, but then they changed it with a pen to 8:00-13:00. I went to have breakfast at 10:40 and told me that breakfast was over. Well, I said you didn’t write 8-10 o’clock, and then explained to me that it should be changed to 8:00-10:30. I'm really speechless. You clearly changed 10 o'clock to 13 and you still tried to argue with me that it was 10:30. You didn't even mean to apologize at all. So let's leave it like that. There is no question about the negative review. Secondly, the hotel equipment is old and the surrounding environment is not good. There is a steamed bun breakfast restaurant at the door which is okay. There’s no need to contact me to delete it, it’s an ironclad fact.
