很不錯的酒店，性價比超高，在伊寧真的推薦來這裏住，比民宿真的是強太多了，前一晚住了圖中的民宿，外面是有情調，裏面的房間設施和早餐真的是對帶孩子出行的朋友沒那麼理想；還是住酒店更適合，尤其是天緣

酒店位置不錯，臨近杏花燦爛的海棠路和美麗的伊犁河景區，茶餘飯後散步很不錯。停車場很大，停車方便。房間比較大，佈局合理，視野很好，乾淨整潔。服務員，尤其是餐廳服務員熱情有禮，主動服務很不錯。餐廳菜品豐富，孩子來了很喜歡。下次來伊寧還住這裏，繼續保持。建議，電梯口左右兩邊均可增加指示，方向感不強的客人出門容易繞圈。

酒店毗鄰伊犁河，河景房可以看到伊犁二橋，設施比較新，總體感受不錯。就是第二天一大早出門趕不及早飯，入住時和前台説了，前台也答應幫忙準備兩份早餐放在前台，但是第二天廚房沒準備，衹能餓着肚子出發，唉，看來交接工作還是不太到位，價格包早餐了，卻被迫一丁點也沒享受到😂

酒店外觀大氣，停車場超級大，一進大廳就有維族小夥應該是酒店禮賓吧幫忙拿行李指引着辦理入住，房間也乾淨，因為第二天行程飛機晚點，酒店前台給我免費延住了一小時退房，真心不錯！

🕌春節為了看伊犁首屆花燈展，住在伊犁天緣賓館，步行十分鐘就到花燈廣場了，特別方便。 媽媽説天緣酒店是這幾天她住的最滿意的酒店，我細想了下，確實也不為過。 這個酒店服務細緻周到 我們需要毯子看燈展禦寒，他們想方設法提供； 我們需要輪椅看燈展方便，他們馬上準備齊全，關鍵還特別好用，很絲滑； 我們需要盤子裝水果，他們馬上專人送來； 我們説有點感冒想多喝水，他們拿了好多礦泉水放房間裏； 我們吃了一個早餐回來，客房服務大姐已經把被子整理好，垃圾收拾走了。
🏨酒店早餐的臊子麪味道真的很正宗。 整體感受很不錯，這是這次伊犁行唯一讓我沒有預期卻又出乎預料的酒店，謝謝。

攜程評價5顆星，評價絕對是有問題，良心評價如下：
1、房間裝修風格與五星相去甚遠；
2、服務一言難盡，房間衞生紙質量差；衣架不夠用；洗髮水、沐浴液都放不夠；加濕器這些均需要找前台要；
3、早餐質量極差：一定是前一天剩下的麪包、錫伯大餅，全是硬的；煮麪那個夥計，服務態度不是一般的差，你這服務水平，你不是經理家的*******；新疆這麼冷，你們沒有熱菜嗎？生冷的無法説；
4、酒店位置偏離嚴重，確實不行，這個價格與酒店區位和服務完全不符；
