伊犁最好的酒店！真誠地為天緣國際點贊！突發疫情住在這裡是不幸中的萬幸！被困於酒店這幾日從經理、前台、服務員都真誠熱情服務，協助我們解決困難，協助政府幫我們撤離。打掃房間的大姐認真熱情（16六）、餐廳服務員可愛熱情。酒店本身大，周邊環境優美，硬件在當地也屬一流，餐廳口味不錯。每日可測核酸。十分好評！

這次一定要打五分好評，因霍爾果斯疫情原因受困伊寧。在天緣住的很舒服，整個賓館的服務非常好，樓下就有可以24核酸的地方，早餐豐盛，住的房間乾淨，還有個大院子可以跑一跑。酒店坐落在伊犁河畔，在房間或院子裏看風景也很好。
在7號早晨知道有飛機票放票的消息後半夜三點多給我們一個一個房間打電話通知七點開始搶票，整個酒店疫情期間住了大概160多人，今天有大概八十多個人買到機票離開，也是很大的比例了。
用攜程這麼久，第一次寫這麼長推薦一個賓館，我覺着可以説新疆範圍內都可以考慮住天緣了。

早餐豐富，現在人比較多，所以服務員根本收拾不過來，我叫服務員幫忙收拾一下，他們説分着區域的，後來就我自己收拾到服務員的車上。畢竟是旺季，也能夠理解，住在這裏設施不錯，來新疆玩，你是不可避免的需要和天緣酒店打交道。具體問題具體分析吧，這家酒店附近吃的不多，打車叫滴滴就行了。打車到市區吃就好。

在伊寧市住酒店，花了很高的價格，但遇到了望而生畏的服務。當我們到達酒店門口時，禮賓小哥幫我們接了行李，服務挺好，這讓我們產生了絲絲暖意。可接下來的入住登記讓我們心裏涼涼了。前台一堆服務員，但衹開了兩個登記窗口，兩撥客人在登記（每撥2人），由於前台用玻璃個起來，衹開了個小洞（有點像銀行櫃枱），客人需要大聲講話，裏面的人才能聽到，而裏面的人要用麥克和一個高音喇叭對外講，結果是人聲鼎沸，一點也沒有五星級酒店應有的環境。我們到時一直等待兩幫客人在登記，但時間非常、非常長。後來終於輪到我們了，結果登記小哥還離開了。有一個年齡大一點的女服務員過來給我們辦理，不知為什麼，她臉拉的好長，好像誰欠她什麼似的（也許是在她過來時我説了句怎麼這麼鬧啊，真不像個五星級酒店，可能令她不高興了吧），從始至終，一直沒給我們好臉，交流中也是冷冰冰，硬邦邦的。我們預訂時，備註了要無煙房間，她根本就不理這個備註，在我們做核酸檢測時就直接給我們開了非無煙樓層房卡，我們説是否可以給我們能看到海景的房間（因為我們是衝著號稱城市海景酒店來的），她説就這樣！沒有一點點商量餘地。不知道從點評中看到的那麼多服務好的好評是怎麼來的？這種感覺實在落差太大，也給這次的旅行帶來了些許不快。不過呢，伊利的美景，很快就沖淡了這個不愉快。

酒店外觀看起來很雄偉，但前台的辦理速度很慢。而且態度也一般。
房間裏完全沒有五星級的標準。浴室用品和裝飾都像是一般連鎖的感覺。

很不錯的酒店，性價比超高，在伊寧真的推薦來這裏住，比民宿真的是強太多了，前一晚住了圖中的民宿，外面是有情調，裏面的房間設施和早餐真的是對帶孩子出行的朋友沒那麼理想；還是住酒店更適合，尤其是天緣

酒店位置不錯，臨近杏花燦爛的海棠路和美麗的伊犁河景區，茶餘飯後散步很不錯。停車場很大，停車方便。房間比較大，佈局合理，視野很好，乾淨整潔。服務員，尤其是餐廳服務員熱情有禮，主動服務很不錯。餐廳菜品豐富，孩子來了很喜歡。下次來伊寧還住這裏，繼續保持。建議，電梯口左右兩邊均可增加指示，方向感不強的客人出門容易繞圈。
