Big, nicely decorated room and pretty clean. Location is so-so, but still convenient to reach the center and main attractions. Terrible breakfast and coffee in the ground floor shop was served with expired milk.
The attitude of the hotel staff was anyway very nice and helpful.

本來第一晚想訂伊犁賓館沒訂着，然後看到這家很不錯，就訂了。經理親自來伊寧火車站接，服務態度超級好。大廳裏有茶水和自助的點心和水果。由於我們第二天一早很早就要去景區，來不及吃早飯，特意給我們做了早飯打包，晚上還特意煮了幾個雞蛋送到房間來。房間特別大，比很多五星酒店還大，住得太舒服了。房間也送了歡迎水果。非常非常推薦他家！價格也還可以，400塊左右。聽説還能免費送機或送站。

晚上十一點多到酒店，被前台告知我們一小時前在果子溝檢查站做的核酸檢測她們不認，果子溝檢查站發的可以辦理入住的核酸檢測卡他們也不認，非要讓大半夜的去另外一個酒店前的核酸檢測點去做核酸，最後經理來了説果子溝檢查站屬於伊犁境內，我們有卡可以住。折騰半個多小時終於進房子泡好方便麪剛吃一口房間突然斷電了，外面走廊上響火警警報讓所有人有序撤離、感覺抹黑穿上衣服和鞋拿着手機領着兩個孩子往外沖，到走廊上被工作人員攔住了，説是在搞報警器測試，這些人的腦子真的是有shi半夜十二點搞報警測試，還不提前通知房客！早餐很一般，種類少的可憐，味道也不好，咖啡是速溶的，橙汁接出來是燙的，沒有能喝的常温的東西。以後到這旅遊再也不會住這個酒店了，還評級四鑽，給個兩鑽我都嫌多！

本來覺得還可以的，結果不小心落下一衹pola的洗面奶，800塊衹用了幾次，退房第二天給酒店打電話，説給問問回電話，然後一天沒信兒。下午又打電話，還是説給問問回電話，等到第二天，還是沒人回覆。第三天再打過去，回覆説沒有。
我們一百分肯定是落在這個酒店了，因為沒有去過其他地方，當天晚上要用發現不見了，自駕中途也沒有打開過洗漱包，所以各位自行斟酌吧。
也就是個洗面奶，如果落下個項鍊珠寶他們也不會還的。

酒店有免費的機場接送服務，酒店人非常好，我們沒注意到還提醒我們。送機的大哥人也很好！
酒店的馬桶和水盆是杜拉維特的，淋浴是漢斯格雅的，還有直飲水機，硬件非常好，整屋智能家居。這在一般大酒店都沒有
位置離機場15分鐘左右可以接受，周邊也有好吃的，下次去伊寧還住這家，強烈推薦！

房間乾淨衞生，有空調，洗漱衞三分離，淋浴間配備4小瓶洗浴香氛太哇塞了！酒店沒有午餐晚餐，出門小走一段到大街上，有一些飯店可以吃飯。
