Facilities: High-end facilities, good hardware conditions, extremely poor software conditions
Environment: Remote location, no one around, half an hour drive from the city
Sanitation: Sanitation is not up to standard, there is dirt on the toilet seat
Service: Service staff are not trained, do not know anything, do not respond to problems immediately, and the lobby manager does not handle problems.

It's OK, but the air conditioner doesn't work well, it's a bit cold.
The room facilities are quite complete, it feels like this hotel is mainly for tour groups. But the price/performance ratio is OK.

My personal experience with this hotel is really good! I think it's worth it for the size of this price! The appearance looks very grand, and parking is convenient. There is a performing arts center next to it and a courtyard in the middle. I was upgraded to a room when I checked in, and the service attitude was very nice. It is worth mentioning that breakfast was actually delivered to the room, but it was a pity that I couldn't get up and didn't eat it. I highly recommend staying here in Yining City! There is nothing to eat around, but it is really convenient to drive by yourself.

The hotel has complete facilities, convenient parking, a grand lobby, and a performing arts center. Most importantly, the room is very warm. I went to Swan Lake in December and was shivering with snow outside. I just wore a short-sleeved shirt when I returned to the room!
