It was dirty and messy, I had to wait for a long time for the elevator, the staff was complicated, the room facilities were old, the hair dryer was broken, and bugs were everywhere. I was woken up by the KTV sound at 12 o'clock, and the whole room was shaking. When I called, a waitress answered and said she would call right away. The KTV said that after 20 minutes the noise continued, I called the waitress and said that they had already told me that it would end at one o'clock. I told him that if it was not possible, I would call the police. A man behind him said that it would end at one o'clock and that he could be quiet immediately. Oh, what's the point of calling? It means you wait until they finish before going to bed. Your attitude is so bad. Ctrip also argued with them and you can imagine the outcome. Ctrip should kick you out of this kind of hotel immediately.

房間老舊，空調不冷，厚羽絨被熱，吹風機最多30秒就過熱保護,無法用，電視機不能遙控需要手動，叫客服來開，態度惡劣説你們不知道這樣開嗎？無語😓出去回來孩子要開電視找了半天全電視按鈕都按了一下，沒法開，又叫客服，來了服務人員，才告訴我們，那個按鈕掉了，沒了，需要拿輔助按開😂這我們能知道？直飲水安在廁所間。

房間很大，唯獨不好的是燈光不是很亮，門口有個大超市，非常的方便，地下停車場停車位不好找，住宿還是不錯的。

房間衞生差，地毯臟得不行，廁所的陳年污垢難以接受，床單竟然🈶補丁。網上下的單，前台辦入住還需要交壓金。

房間很大，很舒服，早餐品種豐富。設施完善，有停車庫，周邊有公園，很方便，衞生很好，很乾凈，值得推薦！

在伊犁住了兩天，住了一天，騎行伊昭公路，在白石峯附近自行車變速故障，返回伊寧又住了一天。
