We had perfect experience in Fairfield by Marriott Yining hotel. Our room was clean, light, comfortable and big. On the screen of TV was personal greeting with Surname. I was so pleasure about it. Stuff in the check in was very polite and professional. They always wanted to help us. Beds were so soft and big. I would like to return again this hotel next time. I value everything there. I was in many countries’ hotels. So for me this hotel is the best one.

酒店的外觀設計簡約而大氣，前台接待人員Alice熱情周到，辦理入住手續迅速且高效。並且推薦了好多當地好吃的餐館，都沒踩雷！房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格也很簡約，床品超柔軟舒適！房間配備了空氣凈化器和小冰箱還有體重秤！我忘記帶充電器，前台得知後，第一時間為我送來了備用充電器，讓我倍感貼心。此外，酒店還提供了豐富的免費設施，如健身房、洗衣房都是24小時的～對於經常健身的我來説，太讚了！酒店的早餐豐富多樣，既有伊犁特色美食，也有西式的麪包、咖啡等。除此之外酒店的服務團隊堪稱一流。特別是前台工作人員Alice，還有餐廳服務員，都始終保持着微笑和耐心，主動為我提供幫助！下次還住這！
