The triple room on the first floor was okay, but it was noisy until after midnight. The road construction near the property has been very difficult to access for the past two months, especially with a suitcase. You have to carry your suitcase through many places, and the road is long, so cars can't get in. You have to walk all the way in and out. It's also difficult to get a taxi when you leave. I highly recommend not staying here during these two months.

The accommodation is generally good, but there are two minor points. 1. When asking the staff how much the minimum extension fee is, the staff said 80, but it is 75 yuan when booked online. It is not reasonable to point out this situation. The female staff member was very loud and emotional and repeatedly said to the resident: I am just a worker, I don’t know much; some people even booked more than 90, why don’t you say; if you think it is cheaper online, go and book online, don’t ask me to book. This is not a normal staff at all, the basic work quality should be; there should be no emotions in life, but they should not be brought into work; 2. In summer, it is normal to have some mosquitoes in the room. The mosquitoes here may bite cattle and horses. People can’t stand it when they are bitten, and the swelling is very big. Go to the hospital; Youth Hostel does not have any medicine, and it is recommended that subsequent residents bring their own mosquito repellent and other medicines;

Facilities: Good Hygiene: Clean Environment: Good Service: Well, after check-in, there is also a guided check-in service, which alone does even better than the hotel. As a person who travels all over the country and abroad, I think in my memory this youth hostel can be ranked in the top three. A point that many people overlook, the reason why youth hostels are different is because they are humane and are a place of exchange for different people from all over the world. In today's society, this is rare. Here, I feel the humanity and smoke.

The six-person female room was very clean! The toilet and shower were clean and odor-free! It wasn't crowded or noisy when I went. The hostel is surrounded by residential areas and looks quite old. It's very close to the Yili Bus Station, a 10+ minute walk away. The bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away. Foreigners can use Alipay to go to Liuxing Street for 1 yuan, which is a bit of a walk away. Foreigners are welcome to stay, and they can pick up packages. When you check in, you'll join the hostel group, and you can share lunch and dinner for a reasonable price. They also have barbecue gatherings from time to time, but unfortunately, they didn't happen until I checked out. 😭😭

Clean and cozy hostel. It is located in the private sector, 15-20 minutes' walk from the bus station, where buses to Almaty depart from. It is not marked quite clearly on the map - it seemed to me that it was located on the next street. Only one guy speaks English (a little), so use a translator. If you go down a little lower (10 minutes), you will come out onto a street where there are many grocery stores and catering establishments. Of the minuses: there was no European plug near the bedside socket. In the morning it turned out that the electronic key to the locker did not work. I had to wait for someone to come to the counter and get ready in a hurry. Overall, I liked the hostel. I will probably stay here again next time.
