The staff at the hotel were beyond helpful when we arrived. Zaynula and Guligeilan assisted to correct the booking we made, being very patient and friendly throughout and we really appreciated their service. The hotel building looks dated from the outside but we were pleasantly surprised when we entered the lobby and rooms as the interior is modern and well appointed (I believe it may have been newly renovated). Overall, this was a great stay and we would recommend it

體驗感非常差，衣服還被酒店工作人員洗壞了，酒店經理各種套路，先同意取消訂單，後面申請就不同意了，後面到了酒店了。聽説我要給差評，就直接給我訂單取消了，讓我從新下單還貴了幾十塊錢，真無語了

馬桶都沒打掃乾淨，叫了客服倒是立馬來打掃了。
地面也臟的，整個房間也有異味，窗户也很臟。
衞生間的玻璃沒遮光，早上睡不好。
空調運行有異響很吵，也不能換被子，樓下也吵不能開窗通風，羽絨被太厚沒有薄的，蓋不住導致直接睡不好，第二天精神就很差。
整個新疆旅遊最不滿意的酒店。

這個酒店真的非常非常好！對於我這樣五一假期以伊寧為起止點的遊客，這樣完善的住宿設施和床品條件真的如同雪中送炭、久旱逢甘霖！本來我們衹定了5.1一天，但經歷了後面幾天顛簸後，還是決定提前從賽里木湖退房回伊寧修整，毫不猶豫選擇再次訂這家酒店，享受熟悉的温馨的感覺！房間首先非常大，其次裝修風格也很大氣，洗手枱、化粧鏡、淋浴頭、智能馬桶、外賣送上門機器人，對奔波了好幾天的我來説充滿救贖感。強烈推薦給各位！！！

問題：酒店管理有瑕疵：
1、到房間發現門鎖壞了，半夜呼叫師傅來修。
2、面盆龍頭的冷熱水方向裝反了。
3、淋浴洗髮水瓶子幾乎空了…[捂臉]
