Grand Rezen Hotel

This hotel, which I booked on short notice, was a pleasant surprise. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and provided excellent service. It also had a laundry room, which was very convenient. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Yining next time.

The hotel booked three rooms of the same type. We arrived at the hotel in the late night. We were told that two of them were on the back side with river views. We didn't care at first, but after entering the room, we found that the window was facing the building behind. The hotel conveniently explained that this was a view room. It was too late to rest, so we didn't care too much. When I was about to lie down to rest, I found that I couldn't find a place to turn off the lights. After studying for a long time, I found that my three rooms were originally double-bed standard rooms that were temporarily changed to double-bed rooms. The switch was originally in the middle of the two beds. After changing to a double bed, the switch of the room was behind the pillow. The aisle on one side of the bed in the room was narrow, and the other side was very wide. The hotel decoration smell still has some lingering smell. The special thing is that I originally went there for the extremely bad reviews, but the service staff at the front desk of the hotel in the morning were warm and thoughtful, which made me think that this might be something that this hotel can still praise.

The 12-hour gym is fully equipped, and the breakfast stall makes fresh wontons and noodles, and even the fruits are cut and delicately presented. Surrounded by shopping malls and attractions, it is suitable for both business trips and tourism. There was no thunder in the whole process, and the cost performance far exceeded expectations. I will choose this place next time I come to this city!
