The hotel is a formal, large hotel with 110 rooms. As soon as I entered the lobby, the customer service manager greeted me warmly and asked about my well-being. A newly opened hotel with a very good location. Check-in at the front desk was quick. We arrived late. The hotel gave us a free fruit plate and yogurt. The room was also very clean and there was a warm reminder card. The breakfast the next day was also very rich, and we also provided late check-out until 15:00. It was really great. I will choose this hotel again in the future.

I booked a single room, but when I checked in, I was told that it was no longer available, so I changed it to a standard room. They were also told that it was an upgrade. One person sleeps in two beds. Someone actually opened the door at night. Is it because there are two people in one room? Or is there some other reason?
