Good location. But very old hotel. Room is dirty. Guests smoke in the rooms, bad smell.
It is just like a hotel for couples coming for having fun.
Have a look at photo of its a/c. Hard to believe it is rated a good hotel here.

It’s a budget hotel that offers hourly rates as well. For the price I paid, I can’t complain. It was clean and safe. Location is not too bad as well, walkable to Liuxing Street (about 1km). There’s a convenience store nearby too.
