Yining Joying Hotel (Yining Jiefang West Road No. 868, Wenzhou International No. 2, Garden 11, Floor 11, Yining, China) is located on the 11th and 10th floors of Wenzhou International No. 2, a hotel that opened in 2024. It is 4km from Yining Huacha Station and 4km from Iliju Railway Passenger Terminal, and is located in the same building with Fengzhi Lijiang Restaurant. It is a little difficult to find the hotel, but the rooms are clean, the amenities are well-equipped, and the staff is friendly. It is more cost-effective than similar hotels.

The room is very clean and spacious. The front desk is very welcoming, especially Xiao Song and Xiao Hu, who are very considerate. They gave me a few more bottles of water when I had a cold and felt uncomfortable. The service is really considerate. There is also a small refrigerator and coffee in the lobby. I recommend this hotel. It is cost-effective and I will stay here again next time.

The service at the hotel front desk is too bad. I have never seen such bad service. I don't recommend staying in this hotel. There is no good service at the front desk.

超暖心入住體驗！最近帶着一家老小出遊，入住的這家酒店簡直給了我一場超乎預期的完美體驗！從踏入11樓前台那一刻起，便能真切感受到酒店員工無微不至的熱情與關懷。酒店設施一流，而服務更是無可挑剔！當服務員看到我帶着小孩，立刻送上一個可愛的小玩具，孩子開心得不得了。前台還貼心詢問是否需要小童牙刷，這般細緻入微的服務，瞬間在細節上脱穎而出，比我住過的許多酒店都要用心。在樓道里，每一位服務員遇見都會熱情問候“你好，歡迎光臨，小心腳下”，讓人倍感温暖。更讓我感動的是，晚上我們下樓吃飯，把衣服忘在洗衣機裏烘洗，前台還幫忙疊好放在洗衣袋裡。第二天早餐時，我向餐廳大姐詢問周邊好玩的地方，她立馬放下手頭的活兒，耐心地給我規劃路線，詳細講解怎麼坐車、先去哪再去哪，每一個細節都不放過，這份貼心實在太暖心了！到了退房時間，前台還主動幫我免費延遲1小時，服務槓槓的！

服務到位，和善宜人，對人工作態度非常認真，我們以後就來這裏入住。前台服務人員非常滿意，大堂那位胡苗苗經理特別能應便，處理工作和對待我們客户都非常和氣，給人一種家的温度。
