The hotel is in a good location, the hygiene is good, and the robot delivers items very quickly, which is worthy of praise.
However: 1. The room is small, the wash basin and toilet are stacked, and you can't even stand in front of the wash basin to wash your face;
2. When checking in, the front desk tried to sell me the Huazhu Club Gold Card, claiming that if I didn't buy it, I could only be given a room near the elevator. After I refused to buy it, I was given a room near the elevator and linen room. Every morning, the cleaning staff talked loudly at the door of the linen room, and even had the old staff teaching the new staff. I was woken up for two consecutive days (but according to the reviews, I was given a quiet room in the middle of the room for the same room type. I don't know why they treated me differently);
3. The brands of hair dryer and toiletries do not match those marked on Ctrip for this room type. The specific comparison is in the picture.
4. I went to the laundry room three times, and the cleaning staff stood in the laundry room, making phone calls and smoking. It was a very bad experience.
