Facilities: The washing machine is not a drum type. The bath water on the 11th and 12th floors is very small and needs improvement. You cannot wash your hair.
Service: The girl at the front desk is friendly and helpful.

The hotel facilities are average, maybe because it receives a lot of tourist groups. There is a lot of noise and loud noises in the corridor starting at 6 am. The front desk said breakfast starts at 8:00. When I go up at 8:30, there are only a few leftovers, and there is no milk tea or anything else. The service staff didn't want to add that their first wave of customers had already finished eating and left, which was a bad attitude! I have booked so many hotels on Ctrip. This is the first time I have given a negative review. I really need to improve, especially the breakfast and service attitude.

The hotel is very new, the bed is soft and clean.
However, the water pressure is not very good. The hotel has more than ten floors and only two elevators. It is a bit annoying when checking out. Many of them are full while waiting.
