Road leading to the hotel is poorly paved, with many potholes and in need of repair. Place feels rather sleepy.
Wi-Fi connectivity in the room was sub-par. The water temperature was also erratic, with the water either very hot or very cold. Staff could have better attitude - almost did not get back the initial security deposit and staff did not remind us about it and seemed rude when we asked about it.
Despite being advertised as being near the Liuxing Street, the street is actually about a 15 minute walk from the hotel.
Breakfast is at the eatery just beside the hotel. It is a joint that is also patronized by many locals although the food may not be as palatable to foreigners.

The lication is perfect. Despite working on the road in front of the hotel for a new soursystem.
The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Liuxin Street, the main tourist attraction.

最差的一次住宿體驗。酒店基本沒有車位，總共可能就十來個車位還和附近商户共用。晚上洗澡不下水，叫了酒店人員上來通，踩着客人的浴巾，衞生條件擔憂。空調控制開關在天花板上，這個設計真的絕了！空調打開噪聲很大，吵得睡不了。浴室鏡直對床，有忌諱的一定要慎重考慮！這怎麼能是四鑽酒店的服務和設施！

酒店在巷子口，臨近六星街，位置絕佳。房間很滿意，乾淨整潔，有香薰，前台服務禮貌，辦事效率高。有兩點建議改進一下：一是洗浴花灑手柄漏水嚴重；二是早餐外包問題，作為四鑽酒店，外包餐廳服務有點跟不上，沒有水果，西餐，果汁，咖啡等，雞蛋限量一個，奶茶，牛肉麪等要額外加錢付款，最主要的是餐廳服務人員不停的喊不要浪費，浪費要罰錢，大家都是成年人，何必呢？早飯吃的堵心，實在拉低酒店檔次。

來伊寧第一晚住的酒店，之前從攜程上瀏覽推薦次數較多的酒店，顯示是四顆星，加上成立時間晚，我判斷應該還不錯的，但整體感受一般吧。
1.房間內衞生狀況比較好，住的相對安心，走廊和電梯基本就屬於老舊破的狀態了，以至於我對伊寧的印象屬於偏遠的小城市，等後面去了城市其他地方和酒店發現不是這麼回事，所以如果想深度感受伊寧的，建議住更好的其他酒店。
2.酒店位置還是不錯的，基本屬於比較繁華的地區，但是酒店外是比較狹窄的小街道，基本沒什麼風景可看，第一晚就是盼望天黑趕緊睡覺，第二天離開這兒去其他地方。
3.酒店沒有自己的餐廳，吃早餐得去隔壁的早餐店，應該是雙方之間有合作，酒店住客免費自助，但是喝牛奶、豆漿以及煮麪需要另行付費，也就是説住這酒店就別想着喝牛奶吃麪了，這讓我一度懷疑牛奶豆漿在伊寧很稀缺嗎。
綜合來看，這酒店的水準應該是連鎖舒適型檔次，攜程標的高檔應該也是胡亂標的。

位置和環境還行，設施一般，沒有給小瓶的瓶裝水，沒有護髮素，沒有全身鏡，沒有mini bar，衹有一個大桶水倒插在簡易飲水機裏。五一停車很不方便，晚上店前都停滿了，我停到了好幾條街開外。衞生和裝修還行，位置近六星街，周邊吃喝買方便，可點外賣。
