We stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles.
Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please.

I stayed here for three days. As I had never stayed in a B&B before, I was a little scared, but I got used to it later. Mainly, the children are very happy. They keep feeding the sheep in the yard. Even when they go out shopping, they are always looking forward to going home to feed the sheep! Hahahaha I will choose here again if I have the chance in the future. So happy. My elder sister also prepared a delicious breakfast in the morning.

此次新疆旅行中最有驚喜的酒店，打掃得很乾凈，而且院子很大很舒服，一打開院子的門就花香撲鼻，整個人就不累了，每天喜歡做院子裏喝茶吹風，感覺本來住一個晚上的，後面變成了住三個晚上，小朋友特別喜歡他們家有小松鼠，還有小貓咪，傲嬌的貴妃雞一衹，太陽花，西瓜，向日葵，西紅柿，南瓜，核桃等等花草樹木！洗衣機➕超大的晾曬區，對於長時間旅遊的人太有必要了，衣服都殺殺菌哈！早餐有粥喝，老闆娘聽説我們喜歡喝鮮奶，還專門買來煮開給我們喝，新疆的鮮奶真的好喝啊！酒店的位置就在景區裏面，對面就是做饢餅的體驗家庭，蠻好的，老闆和老闆娘人也好，每天見縫插針給我們切西瓜，吃好吃的東西，非常好，老闆家的小萌娃可樂也很大氣的性格， 謝謝，以後來伊寧必選！謝謝，對了還有這些民族服飾院子裏拍照哈！

特別推薦！民宿小姐姐很温柔～辦入住的時候很貼心的切了西瓜🍉～
房間很乾凈 睡得很舒服！整體是民族風 很有特色！
早上的早餐很豐盛很好吃！尤其對於我這種腸胃敏感 外食太久這種家裡的味道 飯菜清淡些 乾乾淨淨 吃完也很舒服！
民宿裏還有很多小貓貓 老闆自己種了好多蔬菜和花花 真的很好看！！也很適合帶小孩子來這邊～
民宿出門沒多遠就有餐廳 味道也不錯的！晚上可以去感受下一點維族的氛圍～

航班取消臨時定的這家，女老闆人特別好，各種貼心安排，切西瓜又吃梨子。小院佈置的很精緻，相當出片。民宿是傳統民居改造的，看得出來花了很多精力重新設計改造，保留了民族特色又很別緻。還有小松鼠和小貓，坐在院子裏很舒服。

房間大，按老民居風格佈置，厚地毯，有特色，燈光略單調。房子兩層，南北向，在茂盛的核桃樹下，刷了醒目的伊犁南，院子散種向日葵等花草，充滿隨意而又舒服的氣氛，伸手可摘棗子。洗浴，洗衣服，晾曬都很方便，院子一角是床單被套的晾曬場，可以親眼看到陽光在風揚起的白單上翻飛。可以發呆歇氣，老闆娘和老闆很好。本想續住，可惜沒房了。位置不錯，周圍都是民俗老宅。
