凌晨到酒店，定的雙人床，房間門是打開的，兩張床衹剩下一個枕頭，就是入住前別人能隨便進房間，讓前台再送兩個枕頭來，她説沒有枕頭了，得找找，最後才送了一個枕頭，熱水洗澡放了很久才有熱水，隔音很差

1.前台服務很差，發票也説不能開！可能是我凌晨去的，吵她睡覺了、之後早上八點我退房，態度還是很差，並就不能開發票搞的我心態很差（攜程提示是商家開具）、她衹説app上提交了就行！會有人給我發！因為趕路回家並沒有和她過多接觸，選擇走人並致電攜程客服（商家客服電話一直沒人接）！
2. 環境可能是我凌晨入住，給我分到的是電梯隔壁的位置，進去後發現馬桶有點堵塞，窗户沒關（當天外在下雨）！

房間很小，行李箱展開後都不好走路了。衞生間也小。還有最大的問題是空調風對着床吹，還調不了，這一點對於睡覺怕吹風的人來説很痛苦。

馬路邊上可能是白天挺吵的，衞生還可以。去的時候前台還沒人等她十來分鐘才回來，前台態度也很差！很牛的樣子。以前住過一次覺得態度好才第二次去的
