Vienna International Hotel (Yingtan Xinjiang New District Fangte Branch)

I didn't enjoy the upgrade rights that I could enjoy if I booked two rooms. The room was not ready in advance. I was informed that I would check in more than half an hour in advance. When I came to the front desk to check in, I was told that the room had not been cleaned yet (it was already around 4:30 in the afternoon). I was told that the guests had just checked out and the hygiene had just been cleaned. When checking in the first room, didn't they check the hygiene of the rooms on the same floor in advance? Couldn't they clean it quickly if it wasn't ready? This service awareness and attitude are really poor. The front desk didn't have any attitude to express apology, no apology, just arguing. The service level of the hotel is not worthy of this price at all. You spend money to buy services. The room is not very good, small, and there is still a gap compared to the photos. The experience is very poor! ! There is also a note that it is non-smoking. When I passed by the room, I saw that it was full of beer and cigarette butts. The smell was huge. After cleaning, it was still very alcohol + cigarette smell. The needs of the guests are not paid attention to at all. The notes are for decoration. It's the same as not having a note. I don't know where they have the courage to mark such a high price. I didn't enjoy the service and experience that this price should have!

The service is very good and the room space is quite large. It is one of the better hotels in Yingtan.

Clean and hygienic, good breakfast

A house price of more than 300 yuan is not cheap in Yingtan. The bed sheet comforter was stained. Hair everywhere in the bathroom. Hygiene is too poor. The decoration is old. The service is not working either. There is a charge for bottled water. The breakfast is even worse. Nothing to eat. Multiple children actually charged 38 yuan. You charge for food that matches the price. The bread table is empty before 8 o'clock and will not be refilled. The fruit has no grip. I saw several people grabbing tomatoes with their hands. Will not choose to live in Vienna in the future.

The hotel is very new and the environment is very good.
