位置方便，離勝利路和凱翔購物廣場不遠，賓館乾淨衞生，樓道空間較大，房間和宣傳的一樣，非常滿意，下次來直接過來住。

停車需要停在旁邊小區的地下車庫，地理位置較好，吃飯購物很方便，前三層有電梯，最後一層沒電梯，屋子很大但不太隔音

房間特別好看，走廊也很有特色，衞生乾淨，老闆娘人很好，我落了件衣服她也給我郵過來了。

基本還算滿意，價格與環境還是能匹配的。對於一般出差居住是可以了，走500m左右就是凱翔購物中心，還算方便，不趕時間的話15分鐘步行可以到鷹潭站
