It was a newly built building, so it was clean and well organized. The interior was also neat and calm. The room was upgraded because I chose a promotion that included dinner. First of all, the interior of the first floor was very nicely organized. There was a conference room and it looked useful. And the view outside the window was beautiful. Breakfast was also neat, and there were both Western and Chinese dishes. It was a good mix. The night sky view from the restaurant on the 4th floor was nice. However, the dinner was a little disappointing. This is a personal preference. You have to pay separately for charging, but it was cheap. It was very quiet and clean. If you are on a business trip, I think this hotel is a good choice. We were all satisfied. Thank you 🙏

This is my first time staying at Crystal Orange. The hygiene is average and the quilt cover has obvious stains. This is really not what it should be. After changing rooms, there were similar blood stains on the edge of the bed. The health inspection needs to pay attention to details to be worthy of the price. But the service attitude is very good.

We took our kids to visit Fangte on the first day and Longhu Mountain on the second day. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s not far from both attractions. The room is larger than other hotels here and the view outside the window is beautiful. Features: You don’t need a room card to renew the power when you check in, smart toilets, curtains, a large TV that can be projected, and a Bluetooth speaker that works very well. The laundry room is very convenient, with a washing machine (you can click to select hot water for washing) and a dryer, a hanging iron, and laundry detergent. Bed: Each bed provides two pillows, one high and one low. The two beds can be easily put together, which is very convenient for families traveling with children. Catering: The breakfast is relatively exquisite. It is not big but has all the varieties. Children like the small cakes very much. Service: The service is great, the ladies are pretty and polite. It will remind you that water can be delivered at any time if you need it. When the food delivery robot is busy, it will help deliver it directly to the room. Note: If you want to clean the room, call the front desk before going out. The room number will be on the phone.

The hotel facilities are quite new, the breakfast service is good, and the river view is great. A few complaints. First, the front desk staff asked me to give me a verification code out of nowhere when they said they needed to complete a company task. I didn’t know what it was for until I left. Second, the Western-style pasta was half-cooked and tasted average. Third, the breakfast price is 68 yuan per person, there are not many varieties, and the area is very small. Overall, it feels like it's not worth the price, and my willingness to recommend it is very weak.

The hotel lobby has a classy atmosphere, and the front desk staff is enthusiastic and responsible. The room is very new, well decorated, big and clean, and the bathroom has a lot of water! The view outside the window is very beautiful. The river is surging and the trees are shady. It’s so nice to walk along the riverside avenue! Eating is also very convenient. You can walk to a large shopping mall with a variety of food! Very favorite hotel!
