Service: The first time I stayed, the front desk lady, gentle and pleasant, beautiful and generous, speaking softly, haha, there is a feeling of being at home, any questions are polite and positive answers, remember that some days you need scissors to cut things, but it is stipulated that guests are not allowed to bring scissors to the front desk. The front desk lady is not a cold refusal, but a solution to borrow a nail clipper, which neither solves the problem nor violates the regulations. It is really great and more heart-warming. Proper five stars.
