空調不制熱。。。晚上冷醒，入住有點晚，加上吃完宵夜晚了，就隨他了。。熱水夠熱，就是花灑水太小太小。。。。。。陽台玻璃門關不嚴，加上空調不制熱。。廁所窗關不嚴。。。上個廁所的温度。。。呵呵。。。

總體感覺，在營山快捷酒店裡還是算中等了，畢竟我們是打麻將所用

作為一個入住該店多次的客户來説實開房型與平台介紹不符，兩位前台小姐姐中，其中個子高的比較實在實事求是，另一位小姐姐兩次給我開了與我在平台預訂不符的房型給我，一言難盡！

在網上訂的行政標間，寫的50平米，圖片上有茶台，真到了以後，給我開的房間要麼小到就剛剛放下兩張床，根本就沒得茶桌椅子，要麼是沒有窗户的，去找前台説了半天，前台有點不耐煩（最後才説我定的那種掛出來圖片的房間住滿了）後來讓我加20塊錢換大點的麻將房，我們同意加錢換了，又説用機麻的話還要再加錢（當然其實我帶娃娃根本不可能用）過了一會又打電話來説免費給我們升級，不用加錢了，其實來説我住的房間最後是免費升級了，但是因為中途一系列的無效溝通讓入住心情變得並不好，所以工作人員遇到問題第一時間處理事情的態度的方式還有待改進，最開始是想給差評，但是確實後來人家也有極力挽回措施，營山酒店還是很多，服務意識如果不跟上，這家酒店無論是從裝修配置，交通位置和價格來説都不具競爭優勢，當然入住衞生各方面是沒什麼問題的，停車方便……最後，還是希望我的評價能給老闆的管理帶來正向幫助也給其他消費者提供參考意見。
