The hot spring is clean and has many outdoor
and indoor pools with different water temperatures and even a pool with fish pedicures. The rooms are nice and the staff is very kind and supportive. The breakfast menu is mainly Chinese.

我們呆了三天兩晚上
服務周到熱情但是不過界
尤其是小陳
有求必應，耐心耐煩
大大小小的事情都很體貼的替我們多考慮一步
超級nice！！！
在這個酒店裡遇到的每一個工作人員都很和氣
尤其推薦酒店自帶的餐廳
我們這兩天在城裡的網紅餐飲也吃過了
對比下來
還是喜歡在酒店的餐廳點炒菜
其實價格比外面的店還便宜些
而且吃得出來用料都挺不錯的
用餐環境也比較清靜舒服
如果吃套餐的話，更加便宜
套餐裏的菜色搭配也沒有很敷衍
吃得很舒服
開心的體驗
希望酒店經營的越來越好

最搞笑的是房間裏所謂的“人工智能”！哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈…我老公説那是“人工**”啥事搞不了，他一晚上跟那玩意吵了三架！

很好的體驗，衹是路過英山，高速看到有温泉標識牌，開車累了衹是想隨便找個温泉酒店住一晚，沒想到辦理入住後前台小姐姐給升級了房型，看到帶小朋友又送了小禮物，又很細心介紹當地特色美食，在温泉小童樂園區一個人都沒有，我告訴孩子樂園沒人就沒有通電開放時，服務人員聽到後為我們三個人馬上通上電源開放了小童樂園，孩子高興的不得了，晚五點想給孩子拍幾張夜景室外温泉照片，就問服務人員幾點開燈，被告知六點半，但隨後立馬室外温泉區的燈光就全亮了起來，很感動，租游泳圈的櫃枱大哥很熱情免費的為我們自帶的泳圈充氣，早餐也很是豐富。很意外也很感動的一晚，要不是時間關係定會續住一天。

滿心期待的定了親子房，結果大失所望，環境方面，隔音真的差到極致，毫無效果可言，被對面的房間吵死了，11點多，十二點多，一點多總是有人喊們。第二天早上的早餐一般，服務還差到極致，態度不好就算了，還差，要碗牛肉麪還被兇了兩次，忍不住説了句：大姐，態度能不能好點！矮胖一點的大姐，服務真的不配這個酒店的級別。
早餐進門的過道極窄，還被辦婚宴設施佔了，把我娃腿都撞腫了，找服務員不鳥鳥之，我真的是無語至極，停車場也破，真的對酒店有點要求的另選吧
