每次來英山，我們都首選秀峯山莊，每次都有到家的感覺，該酒店從前台、客房服務及餐飲部的每一個員工都非常盡職盡責，環境優美，房間乾淨衞生，早餐品種多，特別豐富，正餐也好吃，我喜歡吃臘味吊鍋，臘肉是酒店自己員工精心飼養的豬醃製、熏製而成，吊鍋內容豐富，有臘肉、臘排骨、魚丸、魚塊、肉糕等，好多具有英山特色的美食，所有蔬菜都是自己員工種的，特別新鮮好吃！吃了還想吃啊

環境：幽靜，安寧，綠植環繞。
設施：齊全，中式園林，古色古香，四合院式。
環境：優美，自帶車也不覺得偏僻，關鍵也可以叫外賣。一早，我家先生還去旁邊小公園轉了一圈。
服務：前台熱情，給我們升級房間。餐廳特別點下贊，週四客少，以為會隨便給我吃點啥。沒想到，一早去餐廳，已為我們在包房備好了餐具，餐巾。非常客氣為我們端上稀飯，包子，玉米饃，發饃。煎蛋。感覺好豐盛。沒完，再又端上兩碗熱乾麪。小驚喜。沒完，又端來一盤四個帶沾料的煎餃。用完餐，還有漂亮的服務員主動來親切詢問吃飽吃好了嗎！很感動！我們一直表示感謝！離開時，又有美麗的小姐姐滿面笑容告別！出乎意料的美好感受。

酒店非常好，復古文藝風格，我好喜歡，前台小姐姐又可愛又專業，怎麼出行，怎麼遊玩，都很耐心的告訴我，客房大姐也很熱情，碰到一位客房大姐，主動幫我把行李送到房間，下次有機會還來。停車方便，室內乾淨衞生，很安靜，不影響睡眠。入住首選，滿意。推薦大家入住！

很安靜典雅的徽派建築酒店，剛好到的這天客房很寬鬆，升級了豪華間，前台美女很客氣，張羅開温泉相關，不過温泉開的比較倉促，裏面好冷，開的泉也少，感覺凍感冒了。後面還是建議按正常流程開放即可。早餐還不錯，天氣原因滑雪沒滑成，希望下次還有緣來。

酒店安靜，睡覺不吵，早餐很棒，設施部分失修陳舊了點。比如：花灑該換了，衞生間下水口堵塞導致排水慢，熱水等待時間較長，網線掉地未固定。

衞生乾淨，設施也可以，周圍環境也安靜，房間用水説是温泉水，沒有浴缸也就沒有感受到了。我們是開車路過，服務員都很親切，熱情，不過房間竟然沒有餐巾紙用，詢問説是標間沒有，這是出門第一次遇到，房間沒有無線網，服務員來了也沒接上，聯的別的房間，不過沒用。就這兩點真的是出門從來沒有遇到過的，希望加以改進

酒店的電不行，半夜十二點多居然跳閘，有點瘮人。房間空間很大，空氣非常的好，設備有點舊不影響使用，早餐還不錯
