地點很好找；前門就是出名的318公路、跟政府大樓同一棟。右邊是加油站。生活氣息很濃：早上馬路對面一排賣早餐的，還有一個超市；附近有好幾個小賣部。
設備方面就比較普通了：該有的都有。熱水會燙人的那種；水壓也夠。沒有明顯下水道臭味。
説缺點吧：1、有煙味。這點我不太能忍；感覺煙味卡在空調裏。2、隔音很差。隔壁有人説夢話都能聽到的那種。

設施：房間裏唯一的凳子，腿是歪的，坐上去差點摔倒。電視機插頭是被人工掰彎的，好不容易插進去發現電視機是碎屏的。廁所沒配香皂洗手，浴室沒有防滑墊。
衞生：沙發上有污漬不敢坐。
環境：夜裡對面房間打麻將，吵得人睡不着，隔音差。
前台解釋因為過年，所以沒有人維修也沒房換
