假日出行路過英山縣，選擇了維也納酒店住宿。
設施：設施基本夠用，乾濕分離，淋浴頭水花大，洗澡方便。
衞生：床品乾淨衞生，被子大蓋着挺舒服。
環境：放東西的地方挺多，方便。
服務：前台服務態度挺好。
酒店後邊有停車場，不過是挨着小山體，也沒有畫停車線。

設施老舊，地毯臟的難以入眼，保潔就用掃把掃兩下，也不吸塵，全是灰。我們兩點半到的，房間還沒收拾出來。晚上洗澡，浴室非常滑，沒有防滑墊，給前台打電話，房間電話是壞的，又在攜程上找酒店電話號碼用手機才打通。前台讓我們把地巾鋪地上，可是我們房間根本沒放地巾，就很離譜，後來又溝通，才送來兩雙塑料拖鞋。這還沒完，等洗完澡要吹頭髮的時候，發展吹風機是壞的，再次找前台溝通，她讓我們去另一個房間吹頭髮，吹完再回來，住了那麼多酒店，這次體驗感是最差的。設施老舊並不代表就不能使用。

酒店在汽車站旁邊，走過去非常方便，酒店內的環境也很好，標準的維也納3好酒店裝修，前台服務細心周到，下次來英山還會選擇住在這裏。
