入住時，特意與前台交流，問清楚了酒店停車場，並按前台指示，去停在了與店外指示牌不一致的，斜對面地下停車場，導致停車收費30元。致電前台，被告知辦理入住人員也下班，無法處理！這家酒店特垃圾！

此酒店完全與平台服務規則背道而馳，本人通過平台規則使用個人信用分先住後付、免按金、延遲退房預訂該酒店，結果本人在酒店前台準備辦理手續核實入住時，酒店前台首先告訴我不能延遲退房，經過本人拿出該酒店在平台上備註的延遲退房等相關資料證據時，前台又改口説可以延遲退房，然後我詢問前台能不能幫忙開一間網絡較好的房時，前台告訴我衹有一間房了，當時我打開微信查看該酒店時顯示還有好幾間房，並且依然可以訂到我預訂的房間型號房間，接下來前台讓我掃碼付按金，我質問前台該酒店在平台網上使用信用分預訂該酒店是不需要按金的，但前台堅持要我付按金，並説房間有酒水設施，本人當時很氣憤，選擇了當場取消入住該酒店，服務態度很差
