❤第一次入住這家酒店，整體體驗很不錯#房間設施房間在一樓，真有一超大的院子，可以讓自己的愛寵撒歡🥰一進房間就能看到大拉門，如果家裡也能裝修就好了，外面有一個大泡池，是那種白色的泡池，管家説想要温泉♨️隨時都可以，因為水是一客一換的，這一點泡起來就很放心，大概十分鐘就能放好水，水温也是特別熱的，泡在池裡真很舒服很解壓，關鍵是水好，泡的放心😌舒服#服務當天我們還去了四季花海泡的温泉，有很多池子沒開，可能是我們去的比較晚吧，我們將近十點多才回來，老闆就一直等我們回來，心裏暖暖的，院子裏點了很多燈，這裏晚上還是很漂亮的#位置交通我們早上九點從武漢出發到這個酒店，十二點左右就到這裏了，定的是五點🕔入住，不過提前和老闆説過我們會早到，酒店的位置在半山腰上，距離市區十幾分鍾交通還是很方便的，❤這家酒店是我本次出行住過的最好的酒店#性價比性價比真的超高，有超大院子，又可以泡私湯，價格還不貴，下次還想來

幾家相約出遊，就想着搞點燒烤，來前問了商家，他説燒烤70一位，本以為是自助形式，結果到了後，才發現十個大人他配了700的套餐，配的量十個大人根本吃不飽，最後衹能下山採購
去過很多家民宿，一般燒烤租碳火，50-100的收費，並會根據人數，配不同規格的燒烤架，這家烤架收200有點高了，超小的燒烤架，衹適合兩人烤，我們一行十幾人，根本烤不過來，最後用了自帶的卡磁爐鐵板煎的，對這裏的燒烤超級不滿意

提前很久訂的酒店，看上了網圖裡大草坪，很適合小朋友在那裡撒歡的玩，實際草坪有點粗糙，設施略簡陋了吧，而且如果一樓泡私湯，那麼二樓洗澡會停水，有兩個晚上都是衣服脱了發現沒熱水，不太合理，希望改進。

親子出遊，在周邊漂流後，在這裏訂了親子温泉房。感覺是新開的，老闆還比較熱情，房間乾淨衞生也不錯。早餐很簡單，勉強吃飽。周邊購物就餐，需要自行開車出去，有點不方便，因為離縣城還是有點遠的。房間內礦泉水是收費的。沒有什麼不好，也沒什麼特別的地方。

上弦月民宿之十宗罪一罪：停水之罪。寒冬臘月，竟遭遇停水之苦，洗漱、飲用、解手皆成難題，生活之不便，難以言表。二罪：反應遲緩之罪。面對停水、空調故障等問題，民宿方面反應遲緩，處理不及時，導致一夜未眠，延誤後續行程。三罪：空調虛設之罪。空調形同虛設，冷風穿堂而過，室內温度低至冰點，徹夜難眠，身心俱疲。四罪：衞生不凈之罪。房間衞生狀況堪憂，角落積塵，床單不潔，讓人心生疑慮，難以安心入住。五罪：設施陳舊之罪。洗臉池破損，防蚊簾掉落，空調效果差，淋浴間也沒用暖風機，被子有一股異味，使用不便，讓人對民宿品質大打折扣。六罪：態度傲慢之罪。面對客人的投訴和不滿，民宿方面態度傲慢，不予重視，甚至推諉責任，讓人徹底失望。七罪：位置偏僻之罪。民宿位置偏僻，交通不便，周邊缺乏餐飲、購物等生活設施，出行困難。八罪：安全隱患之罪。陽台欄桿斷裂，與旁邊房間無阻礙進出，存在安全隱患，無法保證客人私隱和安全。九罪：價格虛高之罪。民宿價格與服務質量嚴重不符，性價比極低，讓人有上當受騙之感。十罪：宣傳誤導之罪。民宿誇大宣傳，誤導客人選擇，實屬不誠信之舉。綜上，這家民宿在多個方面存在問題，給人帶來了極大的不便和困擾。希望民宿方面能夠正視這些問題，切實改進服務質量，為客人提供最基礎的住宿保證。同時，也提醒廣大旅客在選擇民宿時要謹慎考慮，避免重蹈覆轍。
