It was a perfect hot spring trip, starting from adding Mu Xiaoli’s WeChat account. I heard that I was bringing my mother, so I specially applied for VIP with the manager. They arranged early check-in and late check-out as much as possible, and asked any questions during the stay. The response is also quick, even after working hours. I haven’t experienced such considerate service in a long time. I would recommend it to my friends to experience such service.

Guests staying at the Xiongyue Botanical Garden can visit for free. It is quiet and comfortable. You can watch the deer, pony, piglet, and feed the koi by the lake at close range. You don't have to travel far and have a proper parent-child leisure trip. Yi Jiangnan's service is warm and thoughtful, especially to praise the front desk Miao Miao sister to make people feel at home, the docking kitchen prepared a celebration balloon for the family 🎉 birthday noodles 🍜 full of heart and blessing ❤️, Shunshundangdang, happy.

It's my first time to stay at Royal Garden. I feel really good. I've been to many hotels but none of them have the kind of service that Royal Garden offers. As soon as you enter the lobby, there are several staff members who greet you and deliver them to your room. The environment of the room is also very good. It was good and very clean. There were small loving snacks in the room, which was really heart-warming. When I left, they were even more enthusiastic. They helped us pick up our suitcases and sent them to the car. The service was really good.
