酒店是個桶子樓，整個房間有窗沒有陽光，住着很壓抑，房間衞生間味道也別大sao到讓你無法想象，我退房之後第一時間和平台及商家反應，也給提出了建議，要給我退款被我拒絕了，我説下次我路過你們酒店門口我進去領一份小禮品就行，什麼寫字筆啊筆記本啥的都行，用心準備一下就行，要這個酒店態度的問題不是錢的事。韓經理答應的很好，説的也很好，結果我十天後去哪禮品的時候傻眼了，對接不上，讓我在大廳足足坐了30分鐘，徒手給我送來一個筆記本。哪怕用個紮帶或者禮品袋裝一下，不是錢的事 ，我退款都沒有要的，我説你用心給我準備個禮品就好 不用價值多高 能讓我看到你們的態度就可以了。沒想到解決的一塌糊塗。
