Booked 4 rooms, 3 rooms are good and clean, one average. The place is good for kids, few playground and near sea side. The apartments surrounding is well maintain. The staffs is very friendly and very active when prompt them with request.
The location is for relax along seaside. It will be a perfect place is the beach is clean and well maintain but sadly the beach is dirty. Maybe due to the 4 seasons, the long beach is not will maintain.

Booked on the spur of the moment, passing by here, saw this hotel and it was good, contacted the owner before check-in to let him know the room location, then checked in by myself, the room was very nice, not cold at all, very clean, which is what I care about, next time I go to Yingkou I will choose this place, it's located in Shanhai Square, took a casual walk after dinner, it was nice, you can see the sunset.
