The hotel has a good location, excellent service, good hygiene, convenient travel, and affordable prices. On the night we checked in, there happened to be a performance by famous actors from a local cultural group in the park opposite (according to what the onlookers said). 每次去營口都住這家，價格算是第一梯隊，同樣環境和服務也是第一梯隊。這裏尤其要感謝自助早餐煮麪的女士，早餐的豆漿沒有糖，我們問收拾餐具的人，還沒等我們説明白就直接説沒有，別人問咖啡也是沒有，可能就知道沒有吧。煮麪的女士聽到我們的訴求後主動上來詢問，並去廚房給我們拿了白砂糖，我們用完之後講糖放在了豆漿旁邊，也陸陸續續有人用，這就是剛需，不起眼的小事就能看出一個人對待工作的態度，在這裏再次感謝煮麪這位女士，祝您工作順利順心❤

房間視野很好，有點像遼寧版的澳門巴黎人酒店，營口電視塔很好看，就是房間有點涼中央空調這個季節不能給熱風多少有點不人性化。前台服務很好早餐完美。我覺得十一不漲價的酒店不管怎樣都值得肯定，有格局！

酒店房間很大，但是燈不夠多，有點黑乎乎的，有個茶台，算是特色了，我定的湖景房，但是扒着窗户找半天也沒看到湖，早知道還不如定普通房間，主要是對面公園裡的大爺大媽太敬業了，早六點就開唱，晚9點才收攤，大寫的一個服～早餐還可以，煮方便麪也算是一大特色吧，門口可以停車，車位還算夠停。

優點：酒店位置雖説不在中心但比較安靜，對面就是鏡湖公園可以散步很不錯。房間大，衞生間不僅空間大，乾濕分離佈局合理，設施比較齊全。 吧枱比較大燒水很方便，還配備了酸梅湯和紅糖薑茶飲料
缺點：
1.定酒店時商家寫的是2019年裝修，但酒店裝修及傢俱設施太陳舊，土黃色的地毯、水泥灰窗紗和黃褐色窗簾、壁紙搭配暗紅色中式傢俱、昏暗的燈光顯得更加陳舊。屋頂也有幾處被水浸過的黃色印子。尤其地毯本來就是土黃色，上面佈滿了污漬印子顯得特別臟，這種地毯裏藏了不知多少細菌太噁心了！窗户玻璃也是十分臟，唯一一個小紗窗上面也全是灰，給人感覺在裏面住很壓抑，不清爽不乾淨。
2.酒店大堂到電梯和早餐廳不在一個平面，拖着行李還要上兩處樓梯，對行李多及長者孩子特別不友好，去餐廳亦然。
3.雖然設施齊全但有的東西根本不能用，比如吹風筒，又小又破還不能用，這種東西還不如不配。強烈建議酒店重新裝修時考慮使用乾淨明朗的色彩搭配。及時更換無法使用的設備，不要鋪地毯，注重細節衞生，使客人能夠在乾淨的環境中休息
