前言：這是我住過最差的如家商旅
設施：設施很陳舊，所有的一切都很舊，從裝修風格到衞生用品，從床頭到牆壁，包括開關電視馬桶都很舊了，我住過的所有如家商旅都不是這個樣子的，連洗衣房都非常陳舊。更讓我憤怒的是，空調不能用，不是衹有我不能用，是所有房間的都不能用，室內温度僅有22度，可能更低，直接給我凍感冒了，我發燒燒了一晚上，這樣的酒店別説住，我想一想就覺得晦氣。
衞生：衞生還好，除了床單有頭髮這事，因為我沒有頭髮！
環境：有獨立停車場，交通也很方便，附近飯店也很多，這一點的確不錯，很符合如家商旅的地理定位。
服務：我進門辦理入住的時候，前台兩個人都在玩手機，我在前台站了能有一分多鐘才有人搭理我，我對面站着的領班拿着手機扭頭就走，根本不搭理客人，好厲害。我問能不能給開中央空調得到的答覆是我家中央空調冬天不開，越來越冷。我從來沒見過空調不能用的如家商旅，你家是第一個。
寫給如家：我買葯花了80多，發燒燒了兩天，攜程平台賠了我30，你們酒店毫無歉意，還説你們酒店温度就是22度，搞得像我無理取鬧一樣，我是你們的住客，要求開空調取暖有錯嗎？我家冬天恆温26度，我出差在外面也都是開空調到26度，我萬萬沒想到，你們如家商旅能墮落到這種程度。如家如果再這麼放任你家的加盟商亂搞，怕是這個牌子就要砸了吧。

如家現在我是衹選商旅，因為如家現在都不如小旅館，一般商旅如家還是可以的，整體如家設施真的太差，像洗漱用品這些沐浴露這些太差了，衞生環境像有頭髮這些早都不挑了，電視機這些都算裝修硬件咱都不發牢騷，不過這家商旅是真可以，床單都帶補丁的，還是兩處補丁，確實發揚了勤儉節約的優良傳統，咱説誰家裡現在也不打補丁了吧，要是實在開不起咱就不開了吧
