The hotel staff is very helpful. We were tourists from Thailand. We have little knowledge about the place. As we had contacted she always concerned about our trip asking where we were as she waited for us on the mountain. Told us to go to sleep early as we have to wake up early to see sunrise. When we back she also walked us back to point the path to go down the mountain.

A very good stay experience. The location and scenery of the campground are very good. The service of the housekeeper Xiaoli is very good. At the same time, the blood oxygen and heart rate will be determined to help measure

The room costing over 2000 yuan said it had a private bathroom, but there was not even a door curtain between the toilet and the bed. Do you understand, my family? It refreshed my three views. I drove a broken kart up and down the mountain. It was very expensive and freezing. I couldn't see anything. I had to pay a deposit for a key and a deposit for driving down the mountain. I was really impressed.

Due to the geographical location of the camp, the hardware facilities are not demanding, but it cannot be because the tourists are not demanding that the businesses do not manage the soft environment. No room key is provided upon check-in, and the door cannot be locked. The staff did not knock on the door, but opened the door directly and entered the room many times: I just arrived in the afternoon, and I was lying in the room to rest and adapt to the high altitude sickness. The staff opened the door directly and entered the room, and only exited after seeing us lying on the bed. Later we left the room to go out for a walk. When we came back, we found that the breakfast tickets appeared on the bed in the room, and the staff entered the room without us. I went to bed around 9 o'clock because of high fever in the evening. As a result, when it was close to 11 o'clock, your staff tried to open the door by twisting the door handle, which woke us up again. Because I locked the door inside before going to bed, I didn't come in directly this time. . At 10 o'clock the next morning, they tried to enter by twisting the room handle without knocking or asking to see if we were still in the room. Please strengthen staff training and convey in place the most basic principle that "the guest room is the guest's private space during the lease period, and intrusion without permission is a tort." In addition, the room rate for the same room type that includes yak hot pot is 218 yuan higher, but the actual restaurant yak hot pot is 98 yuan per person, which is only 196. Booking a room package that includes hot pot is more expensive than going directly. It is not expensive. There are many, but this one is also quite jarring. Finally, Niubei Mountain is still very beautiful, and having a campground is a lot more convenient. I hope it can be improved, and I wish it better and better.

Service: I checked into the Xingchen Tent Hotel on April 5th. The scenery in Niubei Mountain was good, but the hotel service was very poor. The lady at the front desk didn’t know anything. She said she was assigned a butler, but I didn’t see anyone until I checked out and went down the mountain. I left the scenic spot on April 6th. It was snowing and the road conditions were bad. It took more than 2 hours to get the go-kart. We were required to go down the mountain on foot. We are both in our 50s. How can we go down the mountain by ourselves on a snowy day in the plateau area? After we complained, we made arrangements. The car took us down the mountain, and the experience was really bad!

The spherical tent is very warm and clean, with a great view. 1. The conditions on the mountain are limited, water is only available in the morning and evening, and the surrounding sound insulation is not very good, but the tent bedding is clean and warm, very comfortable. 2. When the weather is good, it is super comfortable to watch the sea of clouds in the tent. 3. The scenery of Niubei Mountain is beautiful and worth it.
