After the reply that there was no luggage, he asked again. It was inexplicable. 2. During the period, the efficiency of the housekeeper's reply on WeChat was extremely poor. Moreover, it claimed to be a hotel, but there was no 24-hour front desk service. There was no way to contact anyone at night when there was an emergency? ! 3. The hot water in the room was actually heated by a small electric water heater. The service staff said that they would add some water to you later, but they never came. In short, from beginning to end, this so-called hotel had no service at all. We were a group of three and booked a tent on the other side for another friend. Not only did they pick us up when we got up the mountain, but they also had a good service attitude and coordinated to solve the drinking water problem.
