Gezi Hua Grand Hotel

Environment: Poor, noisy, and chaotic. Above the banquet hall and karaoke room, first of all, the banquet hall on the first floor smelled of uncleaned air and was filled with the smell of leftover food. It felt like there was still a disco downstairs after 1 o'clock in the evening. The windows were poorly sealed. There are also a lot of mosquitoes upstairs, and the most unacceptable thing is that the slippers are not disinfected and you can still tell that they have been used countless times, and the carpet has a patina texture when you step on it. Service: The attitude is very bad, because you live in a standard room, and then they said very sarcastically that the standard room you live in is in the annex building and you don’t get breakfast. Facilities: A very low banquet hall on the first floor and a karaoke room on the fourth floor. You can imagine the stay experience! ! ! !

酒店位置離高速出口比較近，停車方便。緊鄰主幹道，晚上有大貨車噪音。酒店外面看起來很大氣，但衞生條件不敢恭維，剛入住馬桶就是臟的，衞生間地面打滑，應該是沒拖乾淨吧，枕套不知道是沒換還是沒洗乾淨，有一塊明顯的黃色斑點！

很滿意，環境特別好。 停車很方便。服務挺好的，很滿意，很周到。環境也很好，乾淨衞生，可以放心住，裝修風格感覺很不錯，屋內設施很齊全，位置也比較好。

房間大環境還行商務出行首選值得推薦 下次還會再訂 周圍比較安靜 不會有噪音污染 前台服務這些也還是跟得上 停車場也大

酒店在下高速不遠的地方，交通方便，前台很有素質，鴿子花很漂亮，早餐很豐盛，下次到滎經，還來這個酒店，非常棒！

感覺一般般，200多一晚不值這個價格，有點像賓館的設施。比較坑的是酒店樓下的充電樁，晚上12點過去充電，竟然要1.85元一度電，50塊錢都沒充滿電，高速服務區也才1塊一度電，因為當時很晚了就沒有另外找地方充電，後面在旁邊的加油站充的就幾毛錢。這是最不滿意的地方。

住了很多次鴿子花、這次最不滿意，三點：1空調效果不行，晚上睡覺有點冷；因為開了空掉就忘加被子；2洗澡居然沒有熱水，頭晚沒有、早上起來也沒有，左開右開，前放後放、就是無熱水；3電話打不通、總枱前台撥不通；試了好幾個號碼。另外走的時候向客房大姐要一瓶水都不行、

房間還行但維護不到位，衞生不好地上有餅乾屑及雜物，好像衞生漏項，客房部管理不到位，質檢部門有失查，前台服務很好，退按金（現金）因房務部檢查的慢，造成按金退還時間長，早餐不是很豐富但還行，管理層如果能將工程、房務、質檢等協調好，酒店會贏得客人的好口碑。

設施配套齊全，房間寬大舒適，乾淨衞生，價格合適，早餐豐富花樣很多，這是出遊的首選酒店，晚上比較安靜。
