I liked this place - very clean and nice area for walking - also they provide a reasonable Chinese breakfast. Only negative? no-smoking is not enforced so the whole place smells of stale tobacco - its men who smoke in the lobby, in the lifts, at breakfast, in your face, as you guessed

因為路程耽誤，實際上最終訂了也沒入住，所以房間情況不清楚
但前台幾位小姐姐服務都特別熱心，最近因為疫情關係，盈江好多酒店都被徵用作隔離用了，剩下繼續對外營業的，他家還不錯

我最近去了一家被譽為盈江的豪華酒店，但是
我的入住體驗卻讓我非常失望。以下是我對該酒
店的差評。
首先，在我到達酒店的時候，前台的服務態度非常差。工作人員不僅沒有微笑，甚至還顯得非常冷淡和不耐煩。當我詢問一些關於酒店的問題時，他們也沒有提供詳細和友好的回答，而衹是簡單地回答“不知道”或“不確定”。這種不專業和不友好的態度使我對酒店的印象大打折扣。最後。很冷漠的告知我們“你們定這個房間衹能住一晚上，明天住不了”。這種語氣完全沒有把顧客當成顧客去對待。

酒店的地理位置不算很偏，出門打車方便，房間設施比較完善，選的套房，房間蠻大。隔音效果還可以睡的比較踏實。早餐沒吃過不便評價
