這家酒店服務很好！特別是前台的小姐姐，笑容很温馨，服務很妥帖，有什麼需求都幾乎能滿足，半夜還有機器人送水服務，以後到盈江住宿就選擇這家酒店。周邊吃的很方便，酒店房間熱水很充足，智能小度也做了升級，真的太值了！

衞生間盒子很鋒利，把手劃傷，給前台打電話提醒，前台服務員答覆我：是的，確實很鋒利。既然知道鋒利，就應該提前告知住客，或者應該貼個標簽在房間提醒。

酒店處於市中心方便。等了很久電梯沒到大堂樓層，詢問前台，説電梯在保養需要等“幾分鐘”，忘了在辦入住時告知了。
前後等了接近十幾分鍾，電梯保養完成可以使用。同電梯的客人在其他樓層下電梯後，門就關不上，按了數次關門鍵，電梯才開始啟動。

太差了，我們是來休息的，大早上8點就來電鑽聲，捶打聲，到10點半還在繼續。吵得頭疼。不能等11點，12點再裝修？好不容易有個休息天你們就這種搞。聲音還不是一半大。被嚇醒知道嗎？然後磅磅錘砸砸又電鑽聲。真的是**。沒裝修好就住前和客户説一聲啊。

1. 這家賓館服務非常出色，員工們熱心，房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適柔軟，讓我感到非常温暖和舒適。前台有兩個小姐姐，20號晚上6點左右入住，高高的那個，穿連衣裙那個很有禮貌也很客氣。另外一個穿牛仔衣的，我給差評，甩臉色，還竊竊私語，給人感覺不舒服。

前身為光和賓館，改造後很現代風、房間乾淨整潔、浴室偏小、但貴在精緻，半智能馬桶、排風給力、淋浴花灑水夠大、造型也時尚。
