衞生非常乾淨，晚上還送粥到房間。周圍環境也很熱鬧交通便利。晚上不吵，主打一個智能房間，進門就有小度智能音箱控制，非常方便，在盈江屬於高端酒店了，服務也很好，非常滿意的住宿。高贊！

第一次被關在房間2個小時出不來 後面走的時候卸粧油忘記拿了 打電話給酒店 居然説沒有看到我的 我東西當天走的時候還在酒店用 拿到家的時候沒有 肯定在酒店 結果跟我説找不到 沒看到 除了你們拿了還能去哪裡 東西我一直放車裡也沒動 衹是回家了要用才打開 真的是東西少了也不會退還給客户 我住了這個酒店最起碼20天有了 這一次真的讓人特別不滿意！

退休兩年，都是帶着毛孩子旅行，住過的酒店無數，雖然每次都精心挑選，但也踩過坑。這家酒店的確讓人驚喜，房間衞生整潔寬敞，客房服務員有求必應，周到禮貌。特別是早歺可以吃到12點，很人性化。酒店有自己的停車場，附近是盈江廣場，周邊很方便。冬天的盈江很温暖，所以，住了10天。

服務和設施極度之差，建議不要入住。
第一：房間有異響，聯繫酒店不幫處理。還與攜程平台説已經提供耳塞，其實並沒有提供，品德敗壞。
第二：房間熱水温度不穩定，忽冷忽熱，洗澡深受折磨。

這家酒店的工作人員一點都不負責任，提前電話告知預留房間到店後已經把高樓層的全部開出去了，跟客人告知已經沒有房間了，相當不負責任，説給客人回撥電話，這邊一點電話記錄都沒有，而且前台作為一個工作失誤的人一點道歉的態度都沒有，相當強硬，勸廣大朋友不要來這家酒店入住

這家酒店服務很好！特別是前台的小姐姐，笑容很温馨，服務很妥帖，有什麼需求都幾乎能滿足，半夜還有機器人送水服務，以後到盈江住宿就選擇這家酒店。周邊吃的很方便，酒店房間熱水很充足，智能小度也做了升級，真的太值了！
